Here is how we break it down: Your "Main Feature" is a creative highlight film that tells the story of the day. To keep that video cinematic and engaging, we don't put the full 15 minutes of speeches inside it. Instead, we export the full speeches, dances, and ceremony as separate, individual videos. You get the best of both worlds! Availability depends on the package you'd like or add-ons selected.
Perfection takes a little time! Your specific package will include an estimated turnaround time. If you can’t wait to see the footage (we don't blame you!), we do offer expedited editing as an add-on service.
We keep it digital and simple. You’ll receive a private Vimeo link where you can watch, share, and download every video in full resolution. prefer a physical copy? We offer custom flash drives as an add-on.

We love meeting our couples! If you’re local to WNY, we can grab a coffee. However, we know wedding planning is busy, so for maximum flexibility, we typically schedule video calls to walk through the details.
We definitely want to know your musical taste! However, we usually ask that you trust our editors with the final selection. This allows us to legally license the music (avoiding copyright bans on social media) and select tracks that perfectly match the pacing and emotion of your footage.
100% yes. Letter readings are the "secret sauce" to a tear-jerker wedding film. We highly recommend carving out time for this; the audio from your letters helps us tell your love story in a much deeper, more emotional way.
We sure do! We know how important those vows are. Full ceremony edits are actually included standard in our Gold and Platinum packages so you can relive the "I do's" forever.

We know life happens. Your initial deposit is used to lock in your specific date on our calendar. While that deposit is non-refundable, it is transferable! If you need to move your date, we can apply that deposit toward a future date, pending our availability.
Yes, we love to travel! While we call Western New York home, our team is filled with wanderlust. Travel is generally included within 50 miles of Buffalo or Rochester; for anything further (or international!), just let us know and we can chat about travel costs.
We are there to capture the story! Our packages come with set hours of coverage to ensure we catch the main events. If the party is still going strong and you want us to stick around, we offer additional hours as an add-on.

While we highly recommend two videographers to catch every angle and reaction, we can absolutely provide a single shooter depending on our team's availability! However, to get the most cinematic coverage of your big day in Buffalo or Rochester, we usually suggest our dual-shooter packages (plus, they come with better bundled value).
